Winds Park Oz employees multiple teams of GWO blade repair technicians with experience in blade rebuilds, category 1-5 type repairs, composite infusions and carbon fibre infusion methods.

Our teams are all licensed and able to utilise access methods such-
Industrial rope access, EWP and truck mounted
boom lifts to conduct repairs. Our teams are also
licensed and equipped to conduct internal repairs in the confined spaces of blades, with the knowledge to maintain a safe working environment for personnel.
WindsPark Oz's highly experienced and qualified GWO blade technicians are able to complete, and assist, OEM's with Blade rebuilds or category 5 type damages where sections of the blade may require full rebuild and/or core replacement.
WindsPark can assist with removal of damaged blades for easier and more efficient repair work conducted at ground level.
We can also offer logistical support with transport of blades back to factory for any major rebuild works.
WindsPark Oz GWO qualified blade repair technicians are experienced in fibreglass infusion and vacuum seal lay up methods, which provides the most ideal fibreglass cure outcome outside of a manufacturing plant. Using this method for repairs helps to eliminate any possible air bubbles while ensuring the fibreglass and epoxy bond correctly.
Our teams are equipped to conduct this type of repair to any internal and external damages or upgrades required by the OEM.
WindsPark Oz Blade repair teams are able to inspect, install and repair blade upgrade items such as-
- Vortex generators;
- Gurney flaps;
- Serrations;
- Leading edge protection products.
Our teams are able to install or repair these items via Industrial rope access and EWP access methods.
